Отговорности

Provide customer support via phone and email in French and English.
Assist customers with product setup and troubleshooting.
Resolve connectivity and basic technical issues related to devices and smart technology.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience during every interaction.

Изисквания и необходими умения

· French proficiency at B2 level.

· English proficiency at B2 High (B2H) / C1 level.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.

· Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and availability to work from our office in Sofia.

Nice-to-have:

· Interest in technology and consumer electronics.

· Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi, mobile devices, or connectivity.
