Your role will be:
- Prepare and update the internal outsourcing policy and related document templates
- Coordinate and oversee centralized country-level outsourcing processes and activities related to the assessment of risks arising from outsourcing to third parties
- Train, advise and coordinate local outsourcing coordinators
- Participate in the preparation and conduct of the Country Third-Party Risk Management Committee
- Provide regular reporting to KBC Group and the local Risk Management Committee
- Participate in KBC Group seminars and training sessions related to outsourcing and third-party risk management
You are the right candidate if you:
- Have a university degree in Economics or Law
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Demonstrate strong planning, prioritization, organizational, communication and coordination skills
- Have an analytical mindset, adaptability in a dynamic environment and a results-oriented approach with the ability to meet deadlines
- Are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
- Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
