We are seeking experienced and motivated machine operators to join a professional company specializing in the manufacture of insulation products.
You will work in a modern production environment where high-quality insulation products are manufactured for various sectors, including construction, the automotive industry, and other technical applications.
THE POSITION
As a machine operator, you will be responsible for the proper operation and monitoring of production equipment, as well as ensuring the safe and efficient flow of the production process.
Key responsibilities:
Operating and monitoring production machinery
Setting up and adjusting machines in accordance with production requirements
Performing quality checks during the production process
Identifying and resolving initial technical issues
Performing basic diagnostics and necessary adjustments
Adhering to production, safety, and quality standards
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Working in close cooperation with colleagues and the production team
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for candidates who possess:
Previous professional experience as a machine operator, production operator, or in a similar role
Good technical knowledge
Experience with industrial production equipment
Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work a 3-shift schedule
English language proficiency at level B1 or higher
A valid driver's license
A responsible attitude towards work and reliability
