Your mission
Be the trusted point of contact for customers before and after their purchase. Youll combine excellent communication with an interest in technical solutions to deliver smooth and professional customer experiences.
Support customers via email, phone and chat
Provide pre- and post-purchase assistance and resolve inquiries efficiently
Build strong customer relationships and understand their needs
Partner strategically with internal teams to find the right solutions
Take part in client presentations, product and solution briefings
Support technical bid responses and communicate technical applications in a clear, customer-friendly way
Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and product adoption
Excellent French, Spanish or Polish C1
Very good English B2
Previous customer service or client-facing experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Interest in technology and technical applications
Ability to explain information clearly and work with different stakeholders
Proactive, organized and solution-oriented mindset
