Your mission
Join a customer-focused team supporting essential Dutch social and healthcare schemes. You’ll handle important customer requests while keeping every interaction clear, accurate and professional.
• Handle calls about outstanding balances, direct debits and scheme changes
• Process written requests and update customer account information
• Ensure direct debit processes run smoothly
• Provide accurate, professional and customer-focused support
• Keep administrative records precise and up to date
• Dutch at C1 level — written and spoken
• English at B2 level
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good organizational and analytical abilities
• Confidence working with different computer applications
• Positive, customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential
• Full relocation support — flights, accommodation and advance payment
• Fully paid training and onboarding: 3 weeks + 1 week nesting

Your working model
Hybrid — remote work becomes available after 8 weeks.
You’ll start with 3 weeks of training + 1 week of nesting, designed to help you build confidence before fully stepping into the role.
