Your mission
Be the friendly and reliable point of contact for customers before and after their purchase. From orders and deliveries to basic app and website troubleshooting, you’ll make sure every customer gets clear and professional support.
• Support customers via email, voice and chat
• Provide pre- and post-purchase assistance
• Handle questions about orders and deliveries
• Provide non-technical troubleshooting
• Help customers with basic app and website issues
• Offer clear guidance and practical solutions
• Support both B2C and B2B customers
No sales activities involved.
• Excellent French, Danish, Slovak, Norwegian or Icelandic
• Very good English
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with digital tools, apps and websites
• Patient, professional and customer-focused approach
