Your mission
Be the trusted point of contact for clients, combining professional customer care with problem-solving and a strong focus on their experience.
• Support clients via voice and email
• Handle technical, billing and product-related inquiries
• Manage complaints, document interactions and follow cases through to resolution
• Identify and escalate product safety or regulatory concerns
• Follow quality standards, GDPR and internal processes
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and represent the brand professionally
• Identify sales and cross-sell opportunities during customer interactions
• Share recurring customer insights to support service improvements
• German – C1
• English – B1
• High school diploma
• Strong communication and customer-focused mindset
• Previous experience is welcome, but not required
• Confidence working with customers, processes and digital tools

Your schedule
Monday–Friday | 09:00–19:00
Training:
• 4 weeks remote, Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00
• 1 week nesting in office, Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00
