General duties
- Monitor the local and international market for innovative engagement, loyalty and rewards campaign mechanics run by other companies (banks and non-banks) and turn the best ideas into innovative proposals for DSK clients.
- Segment clients based on internal data and design personalized offers that match their behavior and needs.
- Collaborate with Daily Banking Team on launching campaigns and daily, weekly or monthly challenges.
- Implement campaigns yourself in the Rewards platform, setting conditions with low-code/no-code solutions.
- Cooperate with the Marketing team to create attractive messages and visuals and to deliver them to the customers in the digital channels (push, banners, carousel in app)
- Drive actions that popularize the program among DSK clients.
- Develop new rewarding mechanics and work closely with Business line owners in the bank and external Partners to implement them.
- Participate in the design of BI reports for campaigns and program performance.
- Analyze campaign performance and use the findings to improve mechanics, offers and communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business management, Economics, Finance or a related field.
- Experience in campaign management, loyalty or rewards programs, CRM, digital marketing or product management; familiarity with low-code/no-code tools and BI reporting is an advantage.
- Analytical mindset - able to segment customers, define success criteria and measure campaign performance.
- Creativity and curiosity - you follow what companies across industries do to engage customers.
- Excellent communication skills in aligning priorities with business stakeholders.
- Self-driven and proactive - you take ownership and bring solutions, while enjoying cooperation and teamwork.
- Excellent command of English and Bulgarian.
