Your mission
Be the friendly first point of contact for customers, providing reliable assistance and making their experience with the client's products and services as smooth as possible.
Provide customer support across different communication channels
Answer questions about products and services
Assist with basic, non-technical troubleshooting
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and follow service procedures
Ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction
Excellent command of Swedish, Slovak, Norwegian or Icelandic
Very good English
Strong communication and customer service skills
A helpful attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to follow procedures and solve customer queries efficiently
