What you'll be doing
- Design and implement innovative digital and AI-powered solutions for some of the largest companies on the market;
- Drive the development of new products, services and customer journeys that create measurable business value;
- Identify business needs of corporate clients and transform them into clear requirements and implementation roadmaps;
- Participate in the design, development and deployment of AI solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency;
- Work in Agile cross-functional teams together with business, IT and external partners;
- Lead and coordinate strategic innovation projects from idea generation to successful market launch;
- Research the market, innovations, and competition;
- Present innovative concepts and project outcomes to senior management.
What you'll need to succeed- Passionate about innovation, digital transformation and artificial intelligence;
- Experienced in business analysis, innovation management, product development or project management;
- Comfortable translating business challenges into practical technology solutions;
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar;
- Analytical, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities;
- Fluent in English and Bulgarian, both written and spoken.
