What you'll be doing
- Manage the strategy and lifecycle of products for corporate clients;
- Leading role in transformation initiatives and in the delivery of new processes, products and services, including AI-driven solutions;
- Identify and implement product improvements in collaboration with business and cross-functional teams;
- Analyse client needs, market trends, regulatory changes and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities;
- Support the development and management of guarantee schemes and financing solutions linked to EU and national funding programs;
- Build relationships with international financial institutions and development partners, including EIB, EIF and EBRD;
- Monitor the performance of guarantee instruments and recommend opportunities for optimization;
- Partner with Corporate Banking, Risk, Legal, Operations and other stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery and ongoing management.
What you'll need to succeed
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or another relevant field;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, product development, or project management, preferably within the banking or financial services industry;
- Good understanding of corporate banking products and services, including financing solutions for SME and corporate clients;
- Knowledge of guarantee schemes, EU funding programs, state aid regimes and financial instruments supporting businesses will be considered a strong advantage;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform market, regulatory and business requirements into practical solutions;
- Experience in conducting market research, business analysis and preparing management presentations and reports;
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders;
- Fluent in English and Bulgarian, both written and spoken.
