Job Purpose:
We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer, who will be responsible for developing and automating complex new business processes.
Role insights:
- Developing and automating complex new business processes, or enhancing/modifying existing solutions to meet the requirements of identified automation opportunities.
- Using Blue Prism as the primary platform for Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- Leveraging APIs and REST services where available, prioritizing them over frontend automation for better scalability and performance.
- Integrating automation solutions with existing systems and applications to ensure seamless end-to-end operations.
- Handling reported defects within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Testing and deploying automation workflows or fixes in compliance with Change Management, Security, and SOX regulations.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation in tools such as Confluence, Jira, ServiceNow, and Remedy.
- Supporting ongoing RPA maintenance activities to ensure stability and continuous improvement of automation processes.
- Collaborating closely with team members in an Agile/Scrum environment, actively participating in sprints and related ceremonies.
What makes you unique:
- University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience in RPA development with Blue Prism and/or UiPath.
- Knowledge of Excel macros, SQL, and programming languages like Python, Java, JavaScript, .NET, and REST services.
- Well-developed problem-solving skills, with the ability to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues;
- Fluent in English.
