Marketing trainee

General duties

We will involve you in our:

• Our marketing campaigns - both online and offline
• Our production process
• Our communication with other business unit
• Our presentations and reports
• Our research activities
• All marketing topics that might be interesting to you

What that means:

• You'll add value to our campaigns, or visuals, or content, or just criticize
• Actually, you'll lead your own tasks
• That requires constant devotion and attention to details
• We will not say how to do something, you will find your way
• Of course, we will be there for you if you get lost

If you see something that needs to be improved in or outside the team - we encourage you to share it. This is how we all become better every other day.

Requirements

You probably might dosome:

• Administration
• Contracts
• Invoices
• Unpleasant things, but we all do them
• From time to time we might ask you to carry some souvenirs around the building.

Two things you would NOT do:

• Coffee, of course - if you want one for yourself, you should do it for you

• Putting our files in order

  What you need to be:

• Student or a graduate (preferably with a Marketing related major) who is able to spend 4-6 hours a day with us for a period of 6 months
• Fluent in English
• Able to work with MS Office
• Highly organized
• Responsible and creative

• Interested in everything in the marketing field

  What you should know:

• We are doers - we get things done - we expect you to be one, too
• As we said, we can help -  If you want us to
• We strive for results - it's up to us to achieve them
• We make mistakes
• We don't deal in excuses and we don't blame
• If we fail once - it's fine - but we will learn a lesson and won't repeat the same mistake twice
