Your role will:
• Follow up and monitoring of the SLAs and process coordination.
• Generating alerts, checking non-standard situations
• Informing about possible delays, contacting relevant business roles or stakeholders responsible for issues on the side of the data sources.
• Follow up the proper E2E process of measurement (calculations) and report generation.
• In case of correction/workaround is needed initiate and coordinate the process and follow up the resolution.
• Providing support to business consumer creating incidents on their request
• Acts as SPOC to the local Business units
You are the right candidate if:
• Degree in Finance, Economics or relevant
• Strategic thinking
• 3+ years Bank experience or experience in a financial institution
• Strong analytical skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Power point
• Good organizational, problem solving and communication skills.
• Fluent English
