Identify sensitive or inappropriate material and act in line with established guidelines.
Apply platform policies consistently when making content moderation decisions.
Use your judgment and attention to detail to handle content cases accurately and responsibly.
Share insights and observations that can help improve content quality and moderation processes.
Stay up to date with changing policies, standards, and platform requirements.
German or Arabic at C1 level.
English at B2 level to understand guidelines and communicate effectively.
Strong attention to detail and sound decision-making skills.
The ability to work independently and assess content objectively.
Confidence in handling sensitive material and making decisions based on clear policies.
