For one of our clients, a rising star in the customer experience management field, we are
looking for – B2B Sales Consultant with German or French (Remote).

Отговорности

*Act as a trusted point of contact for B2B clients through phone and written communication;
*Support business customers using a global online payments platform, including digital
transfers and payment solutions;
*Handle account, transaction, and service-related inquiries with accuracy and confidence;
*Present platform features and services clearly, highlighting value and benefits;
*Recognize client needs and proactively suggest relevant solutions and add-on services;
*Build long-term partnerships with clients through a consultative, sales-driven approach.

Изисквания и необходими умения

*Experience in Sales and/or Customer Support within a BPO or similar environment;
*Strong B2B communication skills, both verbal and written;
*Fluency in German or French (C1) and English;
*Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage complex cases professionally;
*Experience with online payment or financial platforms is a plus;
*Well-organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely.
