For our Head office in Sofia, located in Garitage Park, we are looking to hire:

Legal Advisor – HR Compliance and Employment Law (m/f)

What will you do?
Implementing CMS HR Program to minimize compliance risks;
Identifying and addressing HR compliance risks, coordinating and applying preventive measures across departments;
Assuring HR compliance through enforcing adherence to internal policies, standards and legal regulations;
Processing reports about potential HR compliance violations;
Educating employees about legal and internal obligations to promote compliant behavior;
Providing legal advisory services to company’s management, HR and other departments in the area of Employment Law and Immigration Law;
Preparing and updating agreements, annexes, general terms and conditions, company policies, procedures and other types of legal instruments related to Employment Law;
Cooperating with the HQ of the company in Germany.
What do we expect from you?
Master’s degree in Law;
Experience and deep knowledge in HR Compliance and Employment Law is mandatory and knowledge of Immigration Law would be considered as an advantage.
Minimum professional experience as a Legal Advisor with focus on HR Compliance and Employment Law in a corporate environment of 3 years (particularly, in the area of processing reports about potential HR compliance breaches).
Experience in a dynamic international company would be considered as a strong advantage.
Excellent Level of English B2/C1 level, knowledge of German language will be considered as a serious advantage.
Knowledge of Macedonian Employment Law will be considered as an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
