For our NEW HIGH-TECH PLANT for the production of aluminum profiles
and products, located in the industrial zone "Maritza",
we are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our young team and
lay the foundations of our new era of production
Your role:
• Manage commissioning & start up of Production lines and
equipment in the Company
• Defines and deploys the strategy for Maintenance activities in
the Plant
• Deliver on projects
• Manage, coach, and develop a high performing Maintenance team
that meets agreed objectives, and delivers best practices
• Drives continuous improvements actions
• Set department objectives/KPIs and review assess ongoing
performance of direct reports.
• Input and hold responsibility for maintenance budgets
• Promote safety culture and oversee safety procedures
