For one of our clients, a global leader in B2B sales services, specializing in driving revenue
growth and digital transformation through strategy, talent, and technology, we are looking for
- Software Onboarding Advisor with French or German (Hybrid).

Отговорности

*Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and successful start
with our software solutions;
*Develop and maintain strong client relationships through in-person meetings to drive product
adoption and engagement;
*Monitor customer progress across key stages, from initial setup to full license activation;
*Provide professional guidance on product best practices to help clients maximize value and performance;
*Keep client information, interactions, and case activities accurately updated in the CRM system;
*Support fast and effective resolution of client issues by troubleshooting and collaborating
with internal teams when necessary.

Изисквания и необходими умения

*Fluency in French or German and English, with strong written and spoken communication skills;
*At least two years of experience in customer support or BPO environments, preferably
within the technology or software sector;
*Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel;
*Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and project coordination skills;
*Experience working with CRM systems and managing customer cases or service tickets;
*Customer-oriented mindset with strong analytical thinking and a consultative approach to
improving client experience.
