Join our technical support team and work for our newest client – a German-based technology consultancy company with an HQ in Bielefeld, focusing on the Salesforce and SAP market.


Communicate with customers via different channels depending on the project.
Guide customers into finding the best solution for them.
Responsible for resolution of problems and reporting solutions.
Answer queries in a timely and professional manner.
Troubleshoot and collaborate with the tech teams to solve real-time issues that arise.

Requirements and necessary skills

Fluent in German (good level of English will be a plus).
Previous experience in a customer-centric role, ideally in technical support.
Knowledge or experience with SAP solutions (e.g. SAP Business Partner, SAP Treasury Management) will be a huge advantage.
Extremely organized and detail-oriented; able to manage tasks with a sense-of-urgency.
Logical thinker with a process-driven mindset with a desire to collaborate in a team.
A tech-savvy person with experience in a fast-paced and challenging role.
