As part of Hub by Yettel we are looking for an intern who wants to
join our Human Recources Division and dive in the exiting
environment of big business.
Role Overview:
Are you interested in how talent is sought and developed? How
internal and external career events are planned and organized, how
content is created in various employer communication channels? – If
the answer is yes, we will give you thе opportunity to learn from
the best practices. You will be part of the HR team and will
support the development of our employer branding agenda and will
take part in the design and execution of such initiatives.
Your responsibilities will be:
• Work alongside with Talent Management Team to identify, design,
plan and execute initiatives that help the positioning of our
employer brand on the local labour market
• Participate in the design, planning and execution of internal and
external career events (includes working with universities)
• Support the content creation on various channels (our website,
employer profiles on job sites, intranet, social media etc) related
to employer branding by working closely with our teams such as
Talent Acquisition, marketing, PR etc.
• Support our program campaigns from launch through execution
(internship, onboarding, diversity programs etc)
