Center Representative with German, French, Italian, Polish and English.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Serving as a first point of contact for customers, getting to the core of their issues and
providing the solutions in a timely manner;
* Using your communication skills and empathy while guiding the customers through solution
process and ensuring satisfaction with your service;
* If needed, forwarding the case to the correct person or team, as per company guidelines;
* Keeping cases up to date, by logging information about every interaction in the system;
* Preforming tasks related to outbound campaigns for clients’ products and/or services;
* Working as a part of a team and striving to reach performance targets and meet SLA-s.
