The Sr. Program manager will be focused on defining, developing,
and delivering complex, cross-functional transformation programs
across WW Sales Compensation and Readiness Team, as well as the
wider HPE organization, that deliver measurable and sustained
benefits for our customers, partners and internal teams.
In this newly created critical role on the WW Sales Compensation
and Readiness Team, the Sr. Program Manager, strategic programs
will help manage the stabilization/optimization phase and MTO Phase
II of the program.
Ideal candidate will ensure smooth collaboration with various
stakeholders of the Move-to-Orders (MTO) Program to solve problems,
streamline communications, planning, reporting, resources
management, MOC and other key aspects of the overall transformation
journey. This role also drives governance, transparency and
traceability partnering with various functional leaders in the
organization.
The incumbent reports directly to the WW Sales Compensation Program
Executive leading Move-to-Orders, as well as other critical
strategic/ enhancement programs.
Key stakeholders for this PM role include WW Sales Comp &
Readiness VP and their leadership team, Global Sales Leadership
team, Global Sales Strategy & Planning representatives,
Finance, HR/Resource management, IT, Global Operations as well as
external vendors/ agencies.
This role will typically influence across MAS to DIR and VP level
talent.

structure/govern programs from inception to integration
Define and executing change management initiatives to support
strategy and process changes
Manage matrixed project resources effectively in planning and
execution activities
Communicate program updates, KPI’s in a timely, succinct and
engaging way to key stakeholders
Set and drive consistency through PM standard methodologies
