SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

- Search, qualify, and identify new clients and niches;
- Communicate with Leads (current and potential new ones);
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies;
- Lead deal execution;
- In cooperation with the technical specialists, he/she will create offers for customers, present them, and oversee their implementation from a commercial point of view.

Experience:

Main requirements:

- 4+ years of professional experience as a Sales Specialist / Business Development Specialist;
- MUST HAVE a proven track record of closing deals in the IT/Software development industry (pref. selling IT services OR software);
- A strong portfolio of clients, contacts, and partners in the IT sector that has been built over the years;
- Experience in the development and implementation of marketing, business development, and communications strategies;
- Strong communication and presentation skills - ability to influence and negotiate with others;
- A proactive, responsible way of working, even under pressure;
- Good command of English is mandatory. German or any other foreign language is a plus.
