As a Travel Support Representative, you will deliver high-touch customer care to travelers embarking on worldwide journeys, finding solutions for flights, hotels, car rentals, and more.

Core Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to our clients via different channels (inbound calls, outbound calls, email, chat) and work towards meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Ensure all customer queries are answered and their concerns are addressed accordingly, demonstrating empathy.
Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services.
Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
Track, document, and retrieve information in the call tracking database.

Изисквания и необходими умения

Skill Requirements:

Fluent in Dutch (written and verbal) and working proficiency in English.
Strong computer navigation skills, keyboarding skills, internet surfing, and PC knowledge.
High school diploma with three to six months of relevant experience preferred.
Skilled in multi-tasking and ability to adapt to changes quickly.
Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environment.
Strong customer service skills, excellent communicator, and ability to work as a team member.
Ability to rotate shifts, as needed.
