Help customers get the most out of educational products and services by providing clear, professional and genuinely helpful support.
Youll be the person customers can rely on whether they reach out by phone, email or chat.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails and chats
Respond to customer questions with empathy and professionalism
Provide accurate information and practical solutions
Stay up to date with products and services
Contribute to customer satisfaction and business performance
Accurately document and retrieve customer interaction details
Fluent Swedish and English
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Customer-focused and professional approach
Empathy and patience when handling customer requests
Good organizational and documentation skills
Ability to learn new products, services and digital tools quickly
Hybrid working model: 3 days in the office + 2 days Home Office
MondayFriday schedule with no weekend shifts
Structured onboarding: 3 weeks training + 1 week nesting
