Your mission
Help customers get the most out of educational products and services by providing clear, professional and genuinely helpful support.
You’ll be the person customers can rely on — whether they reach out by phone, email or chat.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails and chats
• Respond to customer questions with empathy and professionalism
• Provide accurate information and practical solutions
• Stay up to date with products and services
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and business performance
• Accurately document and retrieve customer interaction details
• Fluent Swedish and English
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Customer-focused and professional approach
• Empathy and patience when handling customer requests
• Good organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to learn new products, services and digital tools quickly
• Hybrid working model: 3 days in the office + 2 days Home Office
• Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend shifts
• Structured onboarding: 3 weeks training + 1 week nesting
• Work across phone, email and chat

Your schedule
Monday–Friday | 08:00–17:00
Hybrid: 3 days in the office + 2 days Home Office.
Training includes 3 weeks of training + 1 week of nesting.
