Bring your communication skills and customer-first attitude to a team supporting modern learning solutions. Help users find answers, resolve issues, and enjoy a smooth experience across every interaction.
• Support customers via inbound and outbound calls, email, and chat.
• Handle inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and a solution-focused approach.
• Build knowledge of the client’s products and services to provide accurate guidance.
• Document customer interactions and maintain clear, accurate records.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and overall team performance.
• Very good command of Swedish and English.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A professional, empathetic approach to customer inquiries.
• Attention to detail and confidence using different communication channels.
• Motivation to learn and develop in a technology-driven environment.
• Enjoy work-life balance with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekend shifts.
• Choose a hybrid routine with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
• Start with confidence through 3 weeks of training followed by 1 week of hands-on nesting.

Monday–Friday | 08:00–17:00
Hybrid: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
Training: 3 weeks of training + 1 week of nesting.
