The position of Product Manager with OGaming is a key role at the
heart of the company, linking the management team with the tech
department. It will require both technical and commercial
understanding in order to successfully take the lead on ongoing
projects, and eventually build the Product team as we continue to
grow.

Main Responsibilities:
Acting as the project manager for integrations, launches and
in-house developments under the guidance of the CCO (taking
ownership of the overall project from UX, compliance, tech, third
party communications), seeing it through from conception to
post-launch review, liaising between the tech team and other depts
such as marketing
Being the interface between the tech team and the management team
to take ownership of the product road map (eg with integrations) to
agree on priorities and then drive through delivery
In time, leading the day to day relationship with the platform
provider on behalf of us as the operator
Ensuring the product releases are on time and meet our
expectations
Raising tickets with the relevant third parties and following up to
check they have been actioned
Working with the compliance manager to ensure all regulatory
features are present on the sites
Creating and maintaining product and process documentation on an
ongoing basis
Helping the head of tech with the recruitment of permanent and
temporary tech staff
Budgeting for development work, getting quotes, and assessing the
pros and cons of in-house v out-sourced development
